The purpose of the Policy, Planning & Governance team (PPG) is to contribute to intelligent and informed decision-making by the University community, its senior management team and by the University Court, which is the University’s governing body. PPG’s primary focus is on university-wide matters including corporate information and management that supports learning and teaching and the taught portfolio. The office is the first point of contact for arrangements for module and programme approval, academic departmental review, annual programme monitoring, student academic appeals and complaints, and the Learning, Teaching and Quality Enhancement Strategy.
